The return policy is as follows:
(1) The client must contact LessLoss via email to info@lessloss.com and announce the order number and product(s) which is (or are) to be returned. The client must await email notification from LessLoss that the pending return has been aknowledged and is expected.
(2) The products must be in new condition upon return (with the exception of the cables having been plugged in, of course). They are to arrive in the original packaging as originally packed.
(3) The products must be returned using a trackable shipping service and the tracking number must be announced to LessLoss via email to info@lessloss.com.
(4) The return postage is to be paid by the client.
(5) The products shall then be inspected by LessLoss.
(6) The funds which were paid to LessLoss by the client for the product(s) shall be reimbursed to the client within one month by LessLoss, minus the banking or PayPal charges paid by LessLoss, minus a 15% restocking / examination fee.
