The return policy:
(1) The customer must contact LessLoss via email to info@lessloss.com and announce the order number and product(s) which is/are to be returned. The customer must then wait for an email from LessLoss stating that we acknowledge and expect the return.
(2) Returning products must be in new condition (with the exception of the cables having been plugged in, of course). They are to arrive in the original packaging as originally packed.
(3) The products must be returned using a trackable shipping service and the tracking number must be announced to LessLoss via email to info@lessloss.com.
(4) The return postage is to be paid by the customer.
(5) The products shall then be inspected by LessLoss.
(6) The funds which were paid to LessLoss by the client for the product(s) shall be reimbursed to the customer within one month by LessLoss, minus the banking or PayPal charges paid by LessLoss, minus the shipping cost paid by LessLoss, minus a 15% restocking / examination fee.
