Firewall Module

Two Robusto DIY Firewalls were installed in my Merging NADAC 8 channel LAN DAC. Over the years, I have made improvements to this excellent DAC that I use to drive my active speaker setup. The most important one was adding a high quality external Linear Power supply to replace the internal Switch Mode supply. This was later spiced up with LessLoss Hookup Wire, Large, for supplying the 12 V directly to the electronics, and a high quality gold plated copper power inlet for the chassis. Yesterday, I decided to try to add two of the newly introduced Robusto Firewalls on the 12 Volt supply line as close to the electronics as possible. Right from the first note, I was sincerely blown away. I know LessLoss products well, and had high expectations, but these little devices hit me in a way I had never expected. It was all about music and the emotions that the musicians are trying to bring across. I am a professional acoustician and hold a masters degree in electronics, and am by nature sceptical of such devices as power Firewalls, but these little devils really work amazingly well. I take pride in having a quite high level music system, and I have over the last 40 years spent many hours on building, testing and listening. I listen a lot to live music and know how instruments and voices sound. With the Robustos in my system, I got a lot closer to the type of emotions that are experienced in a live concert. If you have a bit of talent with a soldering iron - or know somebody who has, here is one of the best value for money upgrades that you, in my opinion, can get in today's music reproduction industry. No doubt, many more Robustos will flow into my speakers, my network switch, my master clock and more. My warmest recommendations, and thanks to the LessLoss team for their commitment to get reproduced musical emotions into our homes.

C-MARC Stellar Power Cable; C-MARC Stellar RCA unbalanced signal cable, stereo pair

I placed the new C-MARC RCA Stellar interconnects between my streamer, the line preamp and the power amplifiers. I also replaced the C-MARC Entropic Process cables of my server and of my optical isolator with C-MARC Stellar power cables. The digital audio is now clearly performing at a higher level than before swapping the older cables with the new Entropic ones.

Using a complete loom of LessLoss Stellar cables is really rewarding, the law of diminishing returns does not apply at all!

These are my impression after just 4 days of using the new cables.

The 2 pairs of cables arrived safely on Monday, October 5th.
Upon connection, in place of the COAXIAL C-MARC ENTROPIC, immediate improvement!

As usual with LESSLOSS! The more listening and operating time increases, the better the result becomes!

I had already noticed the extraordinary contribution of STELLAR; Power cables; Firewall Speakers; Speaker cables.

But here, I think that STELLAR on small amplitude signals, between preamp and amps, in my case, proves to be even superior in performance.

The most impressive thing about this STELLAR INTERCONNECT is the SILENCE of OPERATION, obviously combined with all the other LESSLOSS accessories that I own.

I extend my sincere thanks and express my complete satisfaction. Thanks to YOU and the entire LESSLOSS team!

I had previously upgraded my speaker cables from the "standard" C-Marc banana-plug cables to the Stellar version. I have just done the same with the RCA interconnects. Just as with the speaker cable upgrade, I experienced a significant increase in resolution and dynamics. There is more body, greater vocal clarity, more detail across all instruments, more bass—with better definition—and, above all, better flow. A huge leap forward in musicality. Highly recommended.

C-MARC Classic Power Cable

You recently helped me select two B-stock C-MARC Classic power cables for my Grimm MU2 and Musical Fidelity amplifier, and I wanted to follow up and tell you about my experience with them.

I’ve been involved with high-quality audio for many years and have made plenty of changes to my system, but I was genuinely unprepared for the difference these cables made. The improvement was not subtle.

What struck me immediately was how much more lifelike and dynamic the music became. Vocals have an articulation and presence that makes the performers seem much more real. Instrument placement and separation are clearer, the bass is more articulate, and the overall presentation has a wonderful sense of pace and timing.

Perhaps the hardest thing to describe is the tonal quality. Everything simply sounds right—natural, alive and unforced. I found myself listening to recording after recording rather than trying to analyze what the cables were doing.

I installed the Classics on my Grimm MU2 and Musical Fidelity amplifier, and the improvement to the system as a whole has frankly astonished me. I knew I might hear a difference, but I did not expect anything approaching this magnitude.

I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with them and to thank you for your help and advice. These have been one of the most rewarding changes I’ve made to my system.

As a dedicated practitioner of rigorous, autodidact high-end audio philosophy, I hold a deep respect for component synergy, material science, and the irreplaceable emotional truth of musical reproduction.

In an industry currently dominated by heavily feedback-bound, sterile solid-state designs and high-distortion environments, your C-Marc concept stands as a resounding triumph of phase-correct noise attenuation.

The LessLoss C-Marc coaxial cable (terminated with Aeco 4045G plugs) has become the vital neurological pathway of my dedicated 2.0 cinema system: Sony 65A90J TV, Cambridge Audio CXUHD 4K player, Vincent SV-737 hybrid integrated amplifier, Ricable Supreme MKII HDMI cable, 2x Ricable Dedalus Elite Power cables, Bowers & Wilkins 706 S2 stand-mounted monitors on Dynaudio Stand 6 and IsoAcoustics Gaia III Neo isolation feet, and Triangle Symphonie bi-wire speaker cabling.

I must emphasize that my 2.0 configuration deliberately excludes the use of a subwoofer. Thanks to the absolute phase coherence and temporal preservation provided by your technology, combined with the Gaia III Neo mechanical decoupling, my speakers deliver a bone-dry, physically impactful, and perfectly timed low-end extension that renders any active sub-bass processing entirely obsolete. No destructive shortcut, no phase compromises, no temporal blurring.

While the internal architecture of my Vincent hybrid amplifier is a work of genius, the factory-supplied metal jumpers on the back panel represented a severe, unacceptable bottleneck to this system's material and sonic continuity. My very first action was to trash them. In their place, I have installed a custom-engineered set of preamp jumpers crafted from the exact same monocrystalline structure as my main digital line: LessLoss C-Marc wiring with the ultra-pure Aeco 4045G tellurium-copper RCA plugs.

The result of this "surgical intervention" is nothing short of staggering. By removing that final physical barrier and introducing C-Marc to the critical bridge between the tube preamplifier and the power stage, the delicate micro-dynamics, phase coherence, and rich harmonic textures are now unleashed with absolute, unrestricted freedom. The analytical carbon dome tweeters of my B&W monitors have been completely transformed. All digital edges vanished, leaving only a pure, organic, and bone-dry dynamic that made me speechless. Let me just say I think this is the best tweak I’ve ever heard!!! I played a new cd I ordered, Michale Franks, and I was blown away by the huge sound stage and as of a week ago things such as the cymbals have this awesome fullness and splash I can’t truly explain what I’m hearing except to say holy s**t man!!! I wasn’t for sure what to expect and I’m still lost for words honestly. I just read the reviews and they’re also confirming what I’ve been hearing so that made me smile. I’ve saved up a little money hoping to order one more and I’ll add that one to the power cord that supplies the power distribution hoping not only to enhance the stereo more but also to see what it can do to the tvs picture so you may see my order soon. Fabulous new product. Congratulations my friend!

I've used LessLoss products for years. Nearly always a noticeable and excellent improvements. As to these Jam Gloves, let me say from the outset, that they do work! It took a bit more listens than some of the other reviewers are seeing (hearing!). But after about 4 sessions I noticed 1) greater clarity, 2) the music sort of coming to you, instead of you going to it. I hope that conveys the sense of better projection. CDs that I thought were good, became excellent! The richness, the sense of "being there" that I have mentioned before for other LessLoss products, is there. The ultimate measure of an audio improvement for me has always been much I listen to my system. When I go to bed later than I should because I can't stop listening, IS HERE AGAIN!!

I am very happy with your products. They are not cheap, but MUCH cheaper than the outrageous prices of many of the high end stuff. I have an expensive PC that used to be in my main system, but I have it in my 2nd system. It sounds good but is noisier than yours. I didn't notice this until I had your Stellar PCs in my main system. I'll be buying the LessLoss ICs.
