As we continue to collect pre-orders prior to the final Early Bird Phase 2 discovery, here are some additional FAQs we provide answers to:

(Q) Is the Commitment field binding when placing the pre-order?

(A) No. The purpose of the Commitment field is in order to gauge the level of interest in the Early Bird promotion. If the interest is high, the resulting Early Bird final price will be lower.

(Q) Can I qualify for the retroactive discount if I only purchase one additional Giant Steps foot when the final Early Bird price is announced?

(A) Yes!

(Q) Can you manufacture a small indentation in the very center of the bottom of the foot in order to help me center speaker spikes, so as not to damage the looks of the feet?

(A) Yes, we can carry this out. In fact, this will either be an option made available when purchasing, or it will become a standard feature of all manufactured feet. To be determined.

(Q) Can I use Giant Steps underneath existing equipment feet?

(A) Yes. It is not necessary to remove existing equipment feet.

(Q) When will the Phase 2 final Early Bird price be announced?

(A) Not clear yet, as Phase 1 orders are still incoming.

You are invited to participate, thus lowering the projected final Early Bird price! As it stands now at the current Early Bird price, even with an order of four feet, you are already guaranteed to get 1.3 feet free! But the final Early Bird price is projected to be even lower, and as you order more, with the quantity discounts, you'll certainly wind up with even more free units!
