Dear esteemed customers,

Yesterday we visited with the factory which is now in possession of our full run of Firewall modules. They need to carry out some procedures on them before we can prepare them for shipping. Their operation is very large, and we present our job to them as little fish.

Dear esteemed customers,

We have some beautiful new studio photographs of the Firewall modules. Some are still pending, so we complemented them with some fast snapshots just so you'd get the 'whole picture.' (yeah, pun intended...)

Dear esteemed customers,

We've been hard at work daily, preparing the oakwood enclosures and Oyaide connectors for the arrival of the new generation Firewall modules. Then, at the beginning of this week, we received a timeline modification (also known as a "delay warning" in factory speak) from our production partner. It turned out that they made a mistake and had to re-do a large portion of their work. This set us back 5 days. But only 5, so it's not the end of the world.

Dear esteemed customers,

A friend saw some of our footage (which we made with a mobile phone) and he insists we use his high definition camera from now on. So we began using his excellent camera to share with you all that is going on here.

Dear esteemed customers,

Thank you for your patience while we continue to produce the new oakwood Firewall modules. You have been very helpful with your pre-orders and with your patience.

Dear customers,

Here are a few images of a small batch of 20 oakwood enclosures being impregnated with special teak oil.

Dear customers,

The Firewall module pre-order arrangement is proving very attractive amongst first-time buyers, not only those who are upgrading. Thank you for following this "kickstarter" type project and especially to all those participating. Cumulatively, you've placed a lot of trust in LessLoss and we'll be sure to deliver and to satisfy your need for better sound quality.

Dear esteemed customers,

That time has come. As promised, here's a short note to announce that we have received our nice oakwood! Here are pictures of the current condition of your future oakwood encased Firewall Modules, as of yesterday!

Dear esteemed customers,

The pre-order arrangement for the new Firewall module is running smoothly. People are continuing to sign up, which lowers our risk and at the same time raises our responsibility toward you. We don't take this lightly, for big expectations can also lead to big let-downs. So we'd like to share with you some of the action taking place here.
